About Me

I’m Dr. Blakely Mulder, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and School Psychologist. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from the College of William & Mary and my doctorate in School Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Counselor Education from University of Maryland, College Park. After earning my doctorate, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at a private practice where I specialized in conducting Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), complex psychological evaluations, and counseling children and teens. I have a decade of experience, including work in 15 schools, six school districts, and three states. I am licensed to provide psychological services in Virginia and North Carolina.

I currently work in Virginia public schools during the week and operate CECATS on evenings and weekends. I began my practice after seeing the need for quality, comprehensive evaluations, particularly by individuals with in-depth understanding of learning differences and educational systems.
